Delivery Information

Please note that due to the Coronavirus we have been advised that shipping may be delayed.

Orders are processed and dispatched only on postal working days (Monday to Friday except bank holidays).
Royal Mail orders must be made before 3:00pm to be dispatched that day. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed and dispatched the next postal working day.
Next day delivery means next postal working day.
Please note that there must be someone at the delivery address to sign for the package.
All orders must be delivered to or signed for by a person over 18 years of age.

Postal Options

Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class

• Reliable, Tracked service. 1 - 2 working day delivery (most arrive next day). Available for orders up to 15kg.
• No signature required. (Will be posted through the letter box if the item is small enough)
• In the event that the item is too large to be posted and there is no one to receive the item, a card will be left and collection/re-delivery can be arranged.
• Tracking available at the Royal Mail website: www.royalmail.com

Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class

• Reliable, Tracked service. 2 - 3 working day delivery. Available for orders up to 20kg 
• No signature required. (Will be posted through the letter box if the item is small enough)
• In the event that the item is too large to be posted and there is no one to receive the item, a card will be left and collection/re-delivery can be arranged.

DPD 1-2 Days Delivery

• 1-2 day delivery throughout the UK, Monday - Friday
• Get updates on the progress of your parcel by SMS/email
• You can track your parcel down to the final 15 minute timeslot
• The receiver can also collect from their nearest Pickup shop

DPD Next Day Delivery

• Next day delivery throughout the UK, Monday - Friday
• We will advise you in advance of the one hour collection timeslot
• Your customer receives a one hour delivery timeslot, notified in advance by SMS or email
• Your receiver can track their parcel all the way to them on a live map with a countdown to the final 15 minute timeslot
• A range of ‘in-flight’ options are available, if delivery is not convenient. Including: leave in a safe place or deliver to neighbour

Collection and delivery are not guaranteed but currently enjoy a very high success rate.
